Various primary healthcare services co-ordinated by District Health Centres |
- The District Health Centres/District Health Centre Expresses (collectively referred to as DHCs) across all 18 districts in Hong Kong serve as hubs to co-ordinate various primary healthcare services for the affected residents.
- By calling the hotlines of the DHCs across all 18 districts in Hong Kong, they can receive personalised case management services, including pairing with free consultation services, co-ordinating arrangements for the Hospital Authority (HA)’s follow-up appointments and medication refills as necessary (click here for service workflow). The services are not subject to district boundaries. The Centres may assist in changing the HA service points, sparing the need for travelling across districts.
